Orders placed through our e-commerce store will ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST, on a weekend or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day.
Currently, we only ship to the Continental United States and do not offer international shipping.
We do not ship to freight forwarders. Deliveries cannot be redirected or forwarded once it has left our store.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Harpers purchase, we will happily accept your return of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as it was received.
We offer the following convenient choices for your return:
Returns are complimentary and easy at our physical location. Simply bring the merchandise and the packing slip to any of our service counters. We will issue a credit to the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit gift card.
Pack up your unworn and unwashed merchandise, (including vendor packaging and tags) and affix the pre-paid return label. Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label. You can schedule a complimentary UPS pick up here or drop off at a UPS location that is convenient for you. No postage is required. However, a $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer, you can send your items back via a shipping service of your choice. Please enclose your packing slip to help us identify your order. Please mail your return back to the following address:

Refunds for merchandise not accompanied with a packing slip or receipt will be refunded at their current selling price which may be a sale price and be less than the original amount paid.
Harpers is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number from your shipper for your records.
